Five Injured in Mass Stabbing in Central Amsterdam, Suspect Arrested

Police say at least five people were injured after being stabbed in large quantities in Amsterdam's historic centre, and ambulances outside the royal palace landed the ambulance, which they are investigating potential motives or causes.

Blockades were in place on the famous Amsterdam Street, including Sintnikola Astrat and Dam Square, after the obvious sting was Thursday afternoon. Police responded to a call in about 1530 local time (10,300 people) and arrested the suspect. Report Detelegraph.

Five people are believed to have been injured, and the ambulance landed in the Dam Square outside the city's royal palace. Police may appeal to the public who may have images or footage of the incident and say they are still not aware of the motives or the cause of the attack, but are investigating it.
