Bipartisan leaders in Washington are collectively denouncing the escalating Republican primaries in Florida’s 6th Congressional District.
Social media figure Dan Bilzerian is launching a campaign against incumbent U.S. Representative Randy Fine, who stands out as one of the few Jewish Republicans in Congress. Bilzerian’s approach includes an AI-generated attack ad, which presents a controversial and provocative take.
Bilzerian is partaking in the Republican primary in Florida’s 6th District and has shown notable respect for the Muslim community in past podcast discussions, even expressing his interest in reading the Quran. He’s also gained attention for his criticism of Israel and his advocacy for Palestinian rights.
In what many are calling an outrageous advertisement, Bilzerian’s attack on Fine features a Star of David and includes an image of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, depicting Fine with horns—labeled a “satanic whore.”
“Sharing an opposition ad is unprecedented. But just look at it. It glorifies Hitler, shows horns on a Jew’s head, and depicts violent assaults against me. For those who can appreciate this, maybe you shouldn’t vote. This mindset led to the Holocaust. We have a choice on Tuesday: to reject such hatred and stand for our values,” Fine stated on X.

Bilzerian, often referred to as the “King of Instagram,” gained popularity by showcasing a lifestyle of opulence and extravagance, full of private jets, luxury rentals, and glamorous parties. His previous company, Ignite International, faced immense financial troubles and eventually collapsed, marred by accusations of fraud and mismanagement.
In 1989, Bilzerian’s father, Paul, was convicted of multiple felonies, casting a shadow on Dan’s claims of a self-made fortune. Investigations revealed that his wealth was more significantly tied to a family trust rather than poker poker winnings, contradicting his public persona.
The tension surrounding Bilzerian’s campaign strategies has intensified as he has made increasingly controversial statements, downplaying the Holocaust and making disparaging remarks about Fine. This has elicited swift backlash from leaders across party lines.
House Speaker Mike Johnson directly condemned the attack ads as inappropriate and anti-Semitic, while House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries characterized them as blatantly hateful. Even notable figures such as Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Mike Lawler voiced their disapproval of Bilzerian’s rhetoric against the Jewish community.
“The offensive campaign tactics being employed by Bilzerian cannot be justified and need to be condemned by every political leader,” stated Jeffries.
In the face of criticism, Bilzerian has fiercely defended himself on social media, launching personal attacks against political figures and maintaining that his supporters understand his message. As the Republican primary looms, Fine urges voters to reject extremist ideologies, framing the election as a pivotal moment for affirming American values against hatred and division.
