A Florida housekeeper allegedly assaulted and robbed her on Christmas Eve after learning her 83-year-old employer didn't have enough money to pay her a Christmas bonus.
According to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, Heather Nelson, 29, assaulted and robbed an elderly woman after the victim said he could not pay her the $500 bonus she was demanding.
When the victim said she didn't have enough money to pay her bonus, Nelson “physically ripped the victim's checkbook out of her hands, stole the checks from the checkbook, and then probably paid someone else's Christmas.” I guess he was trying to ruin it.” Well, he stole a Christmas card that was supposed to be in the mail and had a check in it,” said Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

Ivey criticized Nelson for going “too far” and calling him a “Grinch.”
Nelson, who the sheriff repeatedly called “The Grinch,” nearly broke the victim's wrist during the incident.
“Maybe assaulting an elderly victim and almost breaking her wrist wasn't enough, so you decide to steal all her money and the Christmas presents she was planning to give to other people. I did!! What are you going to do next…kick her dog?'' Ivy wrote.
The investigation also revealed that Nelson cut out the stolen $1,400 check and then used the victim's credit card to pay his own rent and make other purchases.
