Florida Man Arrested for Trespassing in Women’s Clothing

A man from Florida, dressed in a lace bra, G-string thong, and fake breasts, was apprehended for trespassing at a construction site, according to police. The incident took a strange turn when a deputy found something concerning beneath the silicone prosthetics.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd addressed the media on Monday, stating, “I often bring you news that’s hard to believe, sometimes even traumatic.”

Judd added, “Can you imagine? He’s upset at us for questioning why he chose to wear a lace bra and a G-string while armed.”

An affidavit shared by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office detailed that a deputy encountered Matthew Zaccarino, 39, at the site around 1:19 a.m. on December 14.

According to the affidavit, Zaccarino’s vehicle was parked on private property, which had a clear “No Trespassing” sign posted.

The deputy approached Zaccarino, who was near the passenger side of the vehicle, wearing women’s undergarments. The sheriff noted, “I saw him in a red lace bra with fake breasts, and then I couldn’t help but notice the G-string.”

Judd described the situation as “extraordinarily unusual.” Zaccarino claimed he was on his way to a “costume party.” However, when pressed for specifics, he couldn’t provide a location or any details about other attendees.

The affidavit mentioned that the deputy issued several commands for Zaccarino to stop, but he ignored them, even removing his costume before reaching into the vehicle.

At this point, the officer handcuffed him.

Sheriff Judd expressed that encounters like these could pose significant risks for law enforcement.

Upon inspecting the bra and prosthetics, the deputy found a loaded H&K 9mm handgun on the floorboard by the passenger seat.

“This behavior raised serious safety concerns for the surrounding community,” the deputy noted in the affidavit.

Zaccarino reportedly stayed silent and refused to cooperate with law enforcement.

“Can you imagine? He’s frustrated with us for trying to understand his bizarre outfit,” Judd reiterated.

“It was definitely not a pretty sight.”

Zaccarino faced charges including armed trespass, resisting arrest without violence, and loitering. He was later released on a $6,250 bail, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
