“The President and the First Gentleman were lovers during law school,” Sen. The last few days they spent together… It was filled with many special moments, beautiful scenery and wonderful memories of their lives.”

The couple, who were celebrating their 45th anniversary, were hiking in Bryce Canyon National Park on Monday when John Passidomo fell and suffered head and other injuries. The next day, the family was told he wasn’t going to survive, and the couple’s children flew to his bedside, Baxley said.

“The president has lost the love of his life and is completely devastated by this sudden and unexpected accident,” Baxley said.
