Florida State Rep. Filing Bill to Allow Open Carry of Handguns

Florida Rep. Monique Miller (R) has introduced the law to legalize law-abiding Floridians to openly carry handguns in self-defense.

Miller's law comes just weeks after Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) urged Republican lawmakers to pass open carry laws.
