A 37-year-old Florida woman who left her cell phone at a local watering hole had to be handcuffed after the bartender stumbled upon child pornography videos she had saved.
Ashley Lynch of Jupiter was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Wednesday on charges of child pornography and video voyeurism and is currently being held on $135,000 bail. Correction record shows.
Lynch left her cell phone at a bar on Clemens Street in West Palm Beach on Dec. 23 and then called the bartender to see if she had left it there. She then handed over her cell phone passcode to confirm that she was her rightful owner. WPEC-TV News reported.
Shocked by the obscene content stored on his phone, the bartender called the police, who obtained a warrant to search the phone on January 9th and discovered “secret video” of the children. The paper reported that.
The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Department determined last month that the children were 8 and 6 years old.
The phone also contained a photo of Lynch’s driver’s license, in which she was seen wearing lilac nail polish, which was visible on the hands of the person who filmed the pornographic video. It was the same nail polish that was given to me.
