Food vendors for Coachella 2026 announced — view the complete list

Coachella is just around the corner—less than two weeks away! This year promises a stellar lineup of artists alongside some truly extravagant food options, ranging from pizza to high-end experiences like Nobu.

The festival kicks off on April 10th and showcases over 100 different restaurants, bars, and pop-ups. It’s a mouthwatering lineup that just hints at what’s to come.

Golden Standard: Nobu at the Mirage

If you’re hoping for a break from the festival chaos, Nobu at the Red Bull Mirage is generating considerable excitement. This isn’t your typical festival fare; it’s an upscale omakase experience that demands reservations. With a prime view of the Quasar Stage, diners can savor dishes like yellowtail with jalapeños and top-notch nigiri while enjoying music from renowned DJs. The dining experience carries a price tag of $375 per person.

Dining under the stars: What stands out in the field

One can’t talk about Coachella’s luxury offerings without highlighting “Outstanding in the Field.” Nestled in the beautiful VIP Rose Garden, this long-table dinner is a well-established tradition of sophistication. The lineup of chefs this year reads like a culinary who’s who of California.

The first weekend will feature chefs like Michael Beckman from Workshop Kitchen & Bar, alongside Charles Nanba from Camélia. The second weekend will see contributions from Alan Sanz and Nico de Leon. Attendees can expect four-course family-style meals paired with carefully selected wines, providing a serene escape from the festival’s energetic vibe.

VIP gourmet class

If you’re eager for a unique experience without spending all your time seated, the 12 Peaks VIP area is a culinary playground.

This year, look out for Camphor’s “Le Burger,” a legend in its own right. They’ll also be serving festival-exclusive chicken nuggets paired with premium caviar—a blend of high and low, capturing the Coachella spirit perfectly.

Other VIP offerings include Truffle Boys, known for drizzling fresh truffles on everything from mac and cheese to luxurious fries, and Bang Bang Noodles, famous for their hand-rolled biang biang noodles, beloved in LA’s street food scene.

LA’s Finest: From Tacos to Truffles

While the festival features upscale dining options, it still honors its roots by showcasing some of LA’s best street food. Villa’s Tacos, recently crowned “Best Tacos in Los Angeles,” will serve up delightful blue corn tortillas with cheesy meats. For those needing a hearty recovery meal, Fat Sal’s will return with their extravagant sandwiches—essential for any festival-goer.

For a quicker but still elevated experience, check out Indio Central Market, the heart of the general admission area, featuring over 15 vendors. Here, you’ll find iconic spicy pepperoni squares from Prince St. Pizza and authentic Tijuana-style tacos from Taco 1986.

A sophisticated sip

The drinks program matches the luxurious food offerings too. This year, a “secret” bar will return alongside the usual beer garden. Golden Hour promises a mid-century desert vibe, acting as a hidden cocktail refuge. For wine enthusiasts, Klink Wine Bar in the Rose Garden focuses on biodynamic and natural wines, appealing to more discerning tastes.
