China’s retaliatory tariffs in response to US import taxes confirm that these vehicles face 150% tariffs.

The automaker did not immediately respond to Reuters’ request for comment.

The development comes as American automakers find ways to take the scramble and tackle Trump’s repeated, repeated tariffs.

Ford also exports US-built engines and transmissions to China. This will continue despite the suspension of exports of assembled vehicles, the report says.

The Lincoln Nautilus model, manufactured in China, is also expected to have continued shipments despite heavy tariffs, the report added.
