Fordham has suspended head coach Keith Argo for four games for violating NCAA recruiting guidelines, the team announced Thursday.
Associate coach Trey Woodall will take over head coaching duties starting Jan. 22 during Argo's absence.
“As part of an ongoing investigation with the NCAA, Fordham has suspended men's basketball coach Keith Argo for four games starting January 22, in line with the latest NCAA guidelines for recruiting violations,” the school said in a statement. “I have voluntarily imposed the suspension.”
