Former NFL player Gosdar Sherillas was arrested Saturday after he was accused of urinating on passengers during a flight.

The 2008 first-round draft pick was behaving “disorderly” on board a Delta flight to Dublin, the airline said.

The plane was returned to Boston’s Logan Airport, and he was detained after landing.

Police told Boston 25 News that Sherillas was arrested for disturbing the peace.

“On August 17, Delta Flight 154 from Boston to Dublin returned to Boston Logan Airport due to a passenger being disruptive and was stopped by police,” a Delta spokesperson said. He told the Boston media“Delta has a zero tolerance for illegal activity and cooperates with law enforcement in that regard. We apologize for any delays to customers’ travels.”

The other passengers boarded a flight to Ireland on Sunday night. The defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Boston on Monday.
