Former Trump attorney calls hush money judge a ‘pro’

“I am not the president’s lawyer in this case. I had the privilege of representing the president before this judge in his second impeachment and payroll tax case. But my personal opinion of Judge Marchand is He treated me very well,” Brennan said on Fox News.

Marchan issued a gag order against Trump ahead of the trial, prohibiting him from insulting witnesses, jurors, prosecutors, court officials and the judge’s family. The gag order does not prevent Trump from criticizing Marchand or Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
