Former world champion boxer Timothy Bradley predicts Mike Tyson will knock out Jake Paul in upcoming bout

Former world champion and current boxing analyst Timothy Bradley is confident that Tyson will ultimately win. When Bradley spoke about Tyson’s knockout prediction, he pointed to Tyson’s considerable power and his years of experience. He also suggested that the format of the match would favor the heavyweight champion.

“Mike Tyson, knock him out, baby! It can happen. It’s going to be in Mike Tyson’s favor for two minutes… body slams, power shots,” Bradley said. “He has the potential to knock this guy out. That power is the last thing that leaves you. Two minutes is all it takes to knock out Disney Boy once and for all.”

Each of the eight rounds of the upcoming match will last two minutes.

Although Bradley believes Tyson will knock out Paul, Paulie Malignaggi expressed concern about the age difference between the two fighters. “I want to see this guy get hurt,” Malignaggi warned. He also believes that Paul is often underestimated, and that YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul “He’s more dangerous than everyone gives him credit for.”

Tyson has not fought competitively since losing by TKO to Kevin McBride in 2005, but did compete in an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. in July 2020.

Tyson became the youngest boxer in history to win the heavyweight title. He released his statement in March, saying he was excited to “get in the ring” to face Paul.
