Fox News on Tuesday removed a Hunter Biden documentary after his eldest son threatened to sue the network.
“This program was produced in 2022 and has been available for viewing since 2022,” the network told reporters in a statement. “We have considered the concerns that have just been raised and have withdrawn them out of an abundance of caution for the time being.”
Last week, Hunter’s lawyers told Fox News to remove “hacked” and “intimate” images from the news site or risk a lawsuit along with the miniseries “Hunter Biden Trial.” I asked for it. The program will report on Hunter’s business activities.
“FOX is aware that these personal and confidential images have been hacked, stolen, and/or the digital materials have been manipulated,” Hunter’s lawyers said in a letter last week.
“While FOX routinely defames and belittles Mr. Biden, it also illegally exploits Mr. Biden’s image, name, and likeness for commercial purposes and reprehensibly disseminates vile photos of Mr. Biden. “They are trying to make a profit by doing things like this,” the lawyers continued.

Hunter claims the images were “hacked,” but the Justice Department found in January that the contents of his laptop matched what authorities obtained through a search warrant on Hunter’s iCloud. confirmed.
