Fred Couples believes Brooks Koepka wants to return to PGA Tour from LIV Golf

Professional golf is extremely complicated. That's how it was for a while.

There are two main tours on the PGA Tour and LIV Golf, but when a two-person union feels possible, not only is it inevitable, we are in the past time.

We are actually deep and deep in this whole, so player contracts are beginning to reach expiration dates with LIV, which has attracted some attention. You may have noticed that the current Liv Golfer Brooks Koepka has appeared at a recent TGL event. This gave the idea that it was a league inhabited by tour players only and that he might be paying attention to the return.

As if that wasn't enough… the Fred couple continued record He says he knows Koepka is back.

“I always talk to Brooks Koepka,” said the couple. He told KJR 93.3 FM in Seattle on monday. “I love Brooks Koepka and I'm not going to say anything extra except I always talk to him.

“…He wants to go back. I'll say that: I think he really believes he wants to go back and tour.”

Koepka's contract with Liv will expire at the end of this season. Assuming there are no combinations between tours by that point, it makes sense that Koepka could have returned to the PGA tour without anyone getting in the way. Given his pedigree and five major championships, it would be difficult to keep him apart.

Liv is holding an event in Hong Kong this weekend where Koepka will play. Perhaps he will deal with what the couple had to say, or he will leave it all for now.

we will see.
