Eriksen, who had custody of the boy, violated an agreement with older Ichner by not agreeing to travel abroad.

Christopher Ekner wasn’t hooked on a Scandinavian excursion until his son accidentally spilled beans on the phone.

Elderly Ichner filed an emergency motion seeking custody, fearing that his son had delayed development and said he had special needs.

Eriksen returned to Florida in July 2015 and was arrested on July 27, 2015 at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.

She was sentenced to 200 days in prison without complaining of a dispute to illegally take a child from Florida.

Since then, her son has lived with his father Christopher Ichner and his wife, Jessica Ichner, deputy of the Leon County Sheriff.

Phoenix Echner is accused of using a handgun that belonged to his stepmother during the shooting.

Hours after the shooting, before Ikner was identified as a suspect, Eriksen took him to Facebook to oppose his son’s father and stepmother for failing to communicate about his son’s condition.
