Gavin Newsom refers to Joe Rogan as a 'son of a bitch' while requesting an invitation.

California Governor Gavin Newsom expressed his determination to confront Joe Rogan, who recently called him a “mob artist” harming the state. During an appearance on the YouTube show “Higher Learning,” Newsom seemed eager to join Rogan on his popular podcast, asking, “Joe, why won’t you have me on your show?”

The governor criticized Rogan for not allowing him to participate on the show, saying it felt like a one-sided situation where guests could attack him without facing any rebuttal. “It’s a total stop. He should let me be on his show,” Newsom asserted.

When pressed on whether he aimed to keep Rogan in check, Newsom pointed to Rogan’s past controversial remarks. “I’m not afraid to go and punch Joe Rogan. That son of a bitch isn’t used to that,” he exclaimed. Despite acknowledging Rogan’s tough persona, he questioned whether Rogan would show him any courtesy. “Is he going to give me a ride? I don’t know,” he added.

This latest back-and-forth arose after Rogan criticized Newsom for allegedly ruining cities and states, stating, “You can’t keep destroying cities and then say you’ll fix everything when you become president.” Rogan has further labeled him a “Bulls Artist.”

In the teaser for the show, Newsom claimed, “I’m the only governor who can claim this. I’ve gotten a lot of recognition for this,” which elicited laughter from the hosts. He playfully noted, “Okay, let’s start with Joe Rogan. I’ll start swearing.”

During the interview, Newsom emphasized his focus on motivating his party’s base to vote, questioning, “Where on earth is the Democratic Party? Where is the political equivalent of Turning Point USA? I can’t find it anywhere.”
