Georgia father Adan Panz accused of setting car on fire, killing his baby daughters who were inside

A Georgia father is suspected of killing his two young daughters on Saturday when he set fire to the car they were riding in during an argument with his wife, state authorities said.

Adan Tsoyohua Panzo, 36, is accused of killing his 1-year-old and 3-year-old daughters after first responders rushed to extinguish a vehicle fire in front of their home in the small community of Preston. This was revealed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

After the flames were extinguished, two girls were found dead inside the vehicle, state officials said.

Panzo was arrested after an investigation revealed he allegedly set fire to a car during a “domestic dispute” with his wife, authorities said.

“As I was on my way to the call, my guys told me there were two children in the car,” Webster County Fire Chief Cody Brown said. said Wolb. “They arrived on scene, drew lines and extinguished the fire.”

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Panzo was charged with felony murder, malice murder and arson and is being held in the Webster County Jail.

“It’s really sad to hear that a one-year-old and a three-year-old lost their lives,” a local resident told WALB.

“They’re not out in the world yet. They can’t even understand what’s going on. I couldn’t imagine what they were feeling in that situation.”

Preston is an unincorporated community of approximately 1,000 people located in the southwestern part of the Peach State near the Alabama border.
