Gigantic NBA Rookie Phenom Victor Wembanyama Makes A Play So Good It Made My Jaw Drop

Spurs rookie phenom Victor Wenbanyama is doing things that 7’3″ centers should not be able to do.

Wemby dished out an insane, behind-the-back, no-look dime to teammate Julian Champagnie during a Wednesday night contest between his San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Mavericks

Champagnie drained the open look three pointer.

Mark my words, this kid is going to be the best player in the NBA some day. A seven-footer who blocks more shots than an Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System and throws a prettier pass than Magic Johnson … that’s the definition of a unicorn.

Wembanyama is only 20 years old, and he’s already accomplishing feats of epic proportion. His 10-block triple double on Monday puts him in rarefied air — he’s only the 23rd player to do so, according to Statmuse.

He’s averaging a double double with 20.5 points and 10 rebounds per game to go with his 3.2 assists and league-leading 3.2 blocks per game. (RELATED: Projected No. 1 NBA Draft Pick Puts Up Absolutely Insane Dunk That Had Fans Going Crazy)

And he’s regularly dishing out absurd passes like this one:

It’s no wonder the Spurs took a chance on him with the first overall pick.

I can’t get enough of Wemby. His team currently sucks, but if they pair him with a star or two, I could see him being the dominant superstar of the next half decade. He’s that good.

How are you supposed to defend a seven-footer who passes like this?
