Gisele Bündchen broke down in tears during a traffic stop in Miami-Dade County after she claimed paparazzi were “stalking” her and following her car, body camera footage showed.
On Wednesday, the 43-year-old supermodel was driving in Surfside, Florida, when a police officer stopped her Mercedes G-Wagon.
Body camera footage released shows former NFL star Tom Brady’s ex-wife visibly upset during an interaction with a police officer who pulled her over.
“I was just trying to get away from him,” Bündchen told police, referring to a photographer who was in a nearby vehicle.
After Surfside police officers let Bündchen off as a “courtesy,” the overwhelmed mother of two cried as she feared for her safety.
Still, the police officer who recognized Bündchen said he could do nothing to stop paparazzi from taking photos of the model.
“Yeah, but I think he’s stalking me,” she said.
The officer then told her to call Miami Beach police.
“I’m so tired,” Bundchen said emotionally. “Everywhere I go, these assholes follow me. Nothing protects me. I can’t do anything. I just want to live my life.”
When the officer told her, “You can’t stop them from doing their job of taking pictures,” she replied, “I don’t see how that can be allowed.”
Bündchen then drove away. It is unclear at this time whether she escalated the ordeal to authorities.

The newspaper has contacted Bündchen’s representatives for comment.
Earlier in the day, a Brazilian bomber was spotted walking his dog in a Miami neighborhood.
The model moved to Miami in 2020 with her then-husband, seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, and their two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
The family made the decision shortly after Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after retiring from the NFL.
Bundchen and Brady, 46, ultimately divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
After their breakup, the two continued to live in the Sunshine State, albeit separately.
Bundchen secretly bought a modest three-bedroom, three-bathroom home near Miami Beach in early 2022 for $1.25 million.
She has since snapped up a massive horse ranch in South Florida for $9.1 million.
Brady is awaiting completion of his luxury bachelor pad on the exclusive Indian Creek Island, famous as the “Millionaire Bunker.”
This expansive estate is located in the exclusive gated Indian Creek Village, just across the water from Bundchen Pad.
