Whistleblower Alleges Misconduct by Adam Schiff

Recently, a report surfaced from John Solomon, founder of Just The News, detailing claims made by a Democrat whistleblower. This individual, who has a background in intelligence and worked for Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, alleges that Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) approved the use of classified information to damage President Donald Trump amid the Russiagate controversy.

The documents, which the whistleblower describes as “unethical,” “illegal,” and “rebellious,” indicate that a meeting was held where the leaks were essentially given a green light. The whistleblower is said to have raised these concerns with the FBI repeatedly from 2017 to 2023. However, the Department of Justice has chosen not to pursue charges against Schiff, citing protections under the constitutional speech and debate clauses.

Glenn Beck refers to this clause as a “dirt bag” for its potential misuse. This legal shield means members of Congress can’t typically be sued or charged for actions taken during their official duties in Congress.

“He leaks this information, but he does it on the floor, claiming he’s protected by the Constitution,” Glenn critiques.

The report also revealed that some Department of Justice officials, who decided against indicting Schiff for leaking classified information, are still in influential positions.

“This situation is deeply troubling,” Glenn says. He suggests that if Schiff or his associates go uncharged, it could create a dangerous legal precedent. He warns that even those in the Democratic party who have criticized President Trump might find themselves in a precarious position if accountability falters. “If they see no consequences and think, ‘Oh, we can play this game too,’ that sets off a chain reaction,” he adds.

Glenn Beck expresses concern over the current trajectory, citing recent comments by Beto O’Rourke that suggest a willingness to disregard rules in order to win.

“That’s not a positive message for anyone,” he concludes.
