At first, it might seem that New York’s mutated rats, Iran’s missile activities, Britain’s grooming gang issue, assaults on ICE facilities, and the growth of democratic socialism in major U.S. cities have no common thread. Yet, according to a co-founder of Blaze Media, Glenn Beck, all these subjects illustrate a similar underlying principle.
“Researchers from Rutgers University recently found that most mouse and brown rat populations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., have developed genetic mutations that enable them to resist the poisons we’ve used against them over the years,” Glenn explained.
“Every rat that managed to survive a non-lethal dose passed this resistance on to its offspring, leading to generations of rats increasingly resistant to these toxins,” he elaborated.
In a different context, Glenn noted that the Trump administration is “requesting $88 billion in additional funding linked to the Iran conflict, primarily for the Pentagon to replenish its dwindling missile stockpiles.”
He added, “But Iran claims that their missile program remains protected while they negotiate with Oman regarding costs related to crossing the Strait of Hormuz.” He emphasized, “This is a lesson that we should have learned—our history shows we’ve never adequately fought to end a conflict because we often lose interest and focus.”
Glenn also referred to the Rape Gangs Inquiry Report, which revealed that Muslim grooming gangs have targeted and exploited young white girls in the UK. “British authorities have ignored this issue for two decades, afraid of the accusations now highlighted in the report. Half-hearted confrontations with evil don’t instill fear; instead, they learn to exploit our discomfort with certain words,” he remarked.
Moreover, Glenn tied in another development, pointing out that more than a dozen individuals are incarcerated for a 2025 attack on an ICE facility, while Rashida Tlaib has labeled their sentences as a miscarriage of justice. One of the suspects shot an ICE officer in the neck.
Glenn stated, “The shooter received a hundred years in prison, yet Tlaib thinks that’s excessive.” He asserted, “We may be imprisoning bodies, but we fail to address the ideas that justify violence, allowing those beliefs to recruit more followers.”
And now, socialists are “attempting to dominate America’s four largest cities,” he noted. “Mamdani machines have taken New York by storm,” Glenn commented.
He concluded by saying, “If you lay out these stories side by side, you’ll find the same principle underlying all five. This is the oldest law in biology, and it transcends politics. The poison that does not kill, teaches.”
