Glenn Beck SLAMS CBS for not pushing back on Germany’s anti-speech police raid

Do you speak freely or can't speak freely? That's the problem that day.

Last weekend at the Munich Security Conference, Vice President JD Vance revealed that America will invalidate and protect free expression as the Biden administration is history and Donald Trump is the “new sheriff of town.” did.

“The Trump administration does the exact opposite, just as the Biden administration seemed desperate to silence people to speak their hearts, and we hope we can cooperate with it,” he said. Ta. “The right to provide [free speech] In the public square. ”

Germany made it clear, but will not take part in the team's free speech.

Christoph Husgen, chairman of the Munich Security Conference, concluded the meeting with the following statement: “After Vice President Vance's speech on Friday, we must fear that our common value base is less common.”

He then wept and the crowd praised it.

But most disturbingly, Germany is currently carrying out police raids as part of a nationwide crackdown on hate speech.

CBS' “60 Minutes” actually accompanied German police in one such attack after citizens posted racist cartoons online.

“I don't like hate speech. I don't like watching racist cartoons, but it's part of life. It's about who you are in power in how you define hate. You have real problems in your hands when you can take away the rights that the government can't reach,” and you have real problems in your hands. I'm here.” Glenbeck

He then plays several clips of Sharyn Alfonsi's investigation into German hate speech crimes and denounces the network for its soft resistance.

The first clip features Alfonsy riding in German police, during which authorities may contain evidence of hateful speech crimes rather than guns, drugs or other illegal tools. Laptop and cell phone were seized.

In the second clip, Alfonsi interviewed three state prosecutors who lead hate speech crime crackdowns, Dr. Matthäus Fink, Svenja Meininghaus and Frank-Michael Laue.

“Is it a crime to humiliate someone in public?” she asked.

All three prosecutors said yes at the same time.

“And is it a crime to humiliate them online?”

Another group yes.

Dr. Fink then added: “If you humiliate someone on the internet, the fines can be even higher because they stay there on the internet. If we're talking face to face here, you insult me, I'll be I insult you, OK, it's finished. But on the internet, if I insult you and politicians…”

“It'll stick forever,” Alfoncy concluded.

She then reviewed the incidents that German politician Andy Groat, who was called a dim rogative term on social media since 2021, reached its peak in police attacks.

Alfonsi also asked about other hate speech crimes. According to German law, “malicious gossip, violent threats, spread of false quotes” can be banned and punished by prison time for repeated crimes. Reposting what is deemed hatred or false is also considered a crime.

In another clip, Alfonsi spoke with Hateaid CEO Josephine Ballon and “a Berlin-based human rights group supporting victims of online violence.”

“Free speech requires boundaries,” Baron said, justifying the argument by saying, “half of German internet users are afraid to express political opinions.”

Checking footage of this “60-minute” episode, Glen calls it the German anti-averse initiative, “Gestapo with today's technology.”

“You put Hitler in charge of it, and there are no Jews left in the world. There is no place to hide in the whole world,” he warned, declaring Germany's crackdown as “very dangerous.” I'm calling.

As for CBS, he denounces the network for not “pushing back” what could become a “old Germany” rebirth.
