Glenn Beck: The United States is facing a battle against evil, and it’s unfolding right in our own country.

Amidst the ongoing coverage of military action, a co-founder of Blaze Media is calling on Americans to recognize the seriousness of what he describes as a different kind of war we are currently facing.

Glenn Beck emphasizes that he is not advocating for a physical conflict with Iran or any other nation. Instead, he claims that we are already experiencing a conflict that doesn’t involve traditional warfare. He suggests that adopting a spiritual perspective can provide clarity in how we understand these global issues.

He acknowledges the role of poor American policies in creating a sense of righteousness that might lead to dangerous outcomes. This problematic mix, according to him, has historically been one of humanity’s most perilous forces.

In discussing Iran specifically, Beck mentions that the conversation in Washington often frames it as merely a geopolitical challenge. However, he insists that Iran’s leadership is rooted in a much deeper ideological framework.

Unlike ordinary political squabbles, he argues that the Iranian regime is committed to a theological revolution aimed at spreading its beliefs worldwide. He points to harsh realities under this regime, such as women being punished publicly and the oppressive treatment of young girls and others who challenge existing norms.

Beck points out that protests in Iran frequently result in severe crackdowns, leading to numerous arrests and fatalities. In his view, acts of brutality, including public executions and assaults in prisons, are justified by the authorities as being done in the name of God.

Importantly, Beck suggests that this kind of “spiritual blindness” is not confined to Iran or other Islamic nations; it exists in various forms in the West as well. He warns that evil can infiltrate societies subtly, often disguised as normalized ideology.

He urges his audience to reflect on historical patterns, suggesting that they tend to repeat themselves and could serve as a warning for contemporary society.
