Glorilla shyly laughed when asked about Shannon Sharpe apparently pursuing Bucks guard Damian Lillard during February’s NBA All-Star weekend.
In his latest work, Podcast “Club Shay Shay”, Sharpe brought up the “I want him” messages the rapper shared on X, including a photo of her and Lillard at an Indianapolis festival.
“You took the most shots of any Stephen Curry, but did they go in?” Sharp said.
Glorilla, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, replied: After all, it’s the end of the day. ”
Sharpe left the topic alone.
“Okay, I’ll leave it alone, because he [Lillard] I said no comments. [and] You said, ‘At the end of the day, this is the end of the day,”’ Sharp said.
At that time, Glorilla repeated the same thing.
“At the end of the day, it’s over,” she said, to which Sharpe replied, “And then it began.”
The host and the rapper then both started laughing.
In her post, Glorilla asked if Lillard was taken away, writing, “It’s really upsetting because no matter who she is, she can’t be mad at me.”
The eight-time NBA All-Star was traded to the Bucks from the Trail Blazers on October 2, 2023, after 11 seasons in Portland. He filed for divorce from his wife, Kayla.
The former college sweethearts, who married in 2021, have three children together: 5-year-old son Damien Jr., 3-year-old twins, daughter Cali and son Cali.
Lillard declined to comment last month when asked about Glorilla’s message.
“Shout out to Glorilla,” Lillard told TMZ on March 7 while out in Beverly Hills.
When asked if he had made any comments afterwards, he replied, “No comment.”
Glorilla told Sharpe that she has six siblings and comes from a family of sports enthusiasts.
The rapper attended the Super Bowl in Las Vegas in February, where the Chiefs defeated the 49ers in a thriller overtime.
Glorilla also received VIP treatment from the Pittsburgh Steelers during a private meeting with head coach Mike Tomlin at the team facility last October.
After she jumped on the coach, Glorilla was presented with a custom autographed Steelers jersey. Photos shared by the team The caption on social media reads: “Have a great day with roses!”
Glorilla also made headlines in December when he proposed in the comments of an IG Live with Shaq and comedian Druschi.
