Pennsylvania will be a key battleground in the 2024 showdown for the House majority.
Republicans will defend their razor-thin majority in the chamber while mounting significant defensive maneuvers to preserve Republican-held seats in the blue bastions of California and New York.
But in Pennsylvania, which holds its primary election on Tuesday, Republicans will go on the offensive targeting three of the most vulnerable House Democrats in the country.

The Republican primary race for Congress is a three-way battle between state Rep. Ryan McKenzie, National Guard veteran Kevin Derricker, and attorney Maria Montero.
“It’s almost certain that both national parties will invest in this campaign,” Covey said. “However, anemic fundraising by Republican candidates has made some national Republican strategists less bullish on flipping this seat, with other Democratic-held floating seats becoming a priority in November.” There is a possibility that

However, neither district will have a competitive Republican primary on Tuesday.
