Alvarez entered the United States legally through New York City on June 26, 2023, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement told Fox News. He entered the United States through the Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) parole process, a Department of Homeland Security official told Fox News.
