Republican Rep. Gary Palmer (R-Ala.) supports funding for the controversial foreign aid package, but with one condition: The money must come from a “slush fund” backed by progressives. This will be covered by the canceled funds.

“I don’t know how they’re going to pay for it,” Palmer told Fox News Digital about the foreign aid package. “I don’t know any of the details, I just heard the numbers. One of the things I’ve proposed to pay for is what’s called the Inflation Control Act, which I call the Income Reduction Act.” included $27 billion in Green New Deal slush funds administered by the EPA. ”
When asked how Congress would pay for the bill, Palmer suggested using funds from the Green New Deal.
