Guy Fieri is heating up Flavortown with his sweaty shirtless selfies.
The 55-year-old “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” host posted a photo from the sauna on Friday as she prepared to celebrate her son Ryder's 18th birthday on New Year's Eve.
“Following my last workout of the year, I did a hot sauna and a cold plunge. I hope everyone has a great holiday!!” he wrote.
The restaurateur's signature bleach-blond hair was slicked back with sweat, sticking out at the sides and top of his head. The photo also showed Fieri's hairy chest and tattoos on his upper arm.
In another photo, Fieri recorded the temperature in the sauna rising to 176 degrees Fahrenheit.
“Turn up the heat!!” he wrote.
Fieri and his wife, Lori, are also parents to son Hunter, 27, and have helped raise Guy's nephew Jules, 22, since his sister Morgan died in 2011.
Earlier this month, the Food Network host made headlines when he claimed he would not leave his wealth to his children and wanted them to earn multiple college degrees to support themselves.
“I told them the same thing my father told me. My father said, 'If I die, I'm going to die broke and you're going to pay for my funeral. “Ro” told Fox News.
“And I said to my sons, 'None of what we've built will be available to you unless you come and take it from me.'” Fieri added.
One thing's for sure: Riders aren't going to get paid a lot of money for their birthdays.
“My youngest son Ryder is a senior in high school and he's getting ready to graduate, so he's going to graduate in the spring,” Fieri told the magazine. “And he said, 'Dad, this is so unfair.' I haven't even gone to college yet, and you're forcing me to already get an MBA? I can just finish college like this.” Is not it?”
In fact, Fieri previously said: people Ryder said he bought Hunter an old pickup truck as a present for his 17th birthday.
“Hunter wanted my truck, so he bought my truck and we let the rider buy Hunter's truck,” Fieri said, adding that he and his wife put up half the money. He explained that he did.
“We picked up the truck from Hunter, took it to the detail shop, got all the work done and made it into Ryder's truck, and a few friends came into the driveway and honked their horns. He lost it.” he recalled. “I've never seen him so happy to receive a present.''
