Habba: I would 'very seriously' consider WH Press Secretary job

President-elect Trump's ally and press secretary Alina Haba said late Tuesday that she would “very seriously” consider the opportunity to serve as White House press secretary.

Haba was asked three questions during an appearance on Sean Hannity's Fox News show. About reports He suggested she had “emerged as a top candidate” to be President Trump's press secretary.

“Sean, you know me better,” Hubba said with a smile. “If I answered a question like that, you wouldn't get me on prime time.”

Haba, a lawyer who first became famous for defending Trump in a civil fraud case in New York, has appointed former Fox News host Pete Hegseth as defense secretary and Gov. “It's time to turn the page. It's time to put America first,” Haba said. “That's for all of them to decide, not for me.”

Hannity asked a third time, “Seriously, if you were asked to play that role, would you do it?”, prompting more laughter from Haba.

“I'm very loyal to President Trump. I'd like to think about it,” she said. “Very seriously.”

Mr. Haba is one of several prominent allies and aides of the president-elect who are reportedly running to run the White House news store in the new administration.
