Haley Joel Osment was recently arrested on suspicion of public poisoning and possession of a controlled substance.
The former child star, now 37, was cuffed on April 8 in the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in eastern California after officers answered a call about an allegedly drunk individual. TMZ reported Wednesday.
According to the outlet, ski patrols, experts in ensuring the safety of skiers and snowboarders, were at osment when officers arrived.
He was reserved for public addiction and possession of a controlled substance, reportedly sent to the lab for testing.
The actors were released soon by outlet.
The Mono County District Attorney’s Office is reportedly now having to decide whether to prosecute the case.
Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ that OSMENT has been struggling recently.
Sources said he was one of many who “lost everything” in the Eton fire, and destroyed Altadena and Pasadena’s neighbourhoods in January.
Additionally, Osment recently found an exchange, but his insurance company reportedly denied the claim.
His representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Page 6.
This was not the first alcohol-related attack of the “Sixth Sensor” star, as he was arrested in 2006 after driving to a brick pillar while drunk.
He did not give a fight to one of driving and one of possession of marijuana under the influence of alcohol.
The “Pay it Forward” actor was sentenced to three years of probation, 60 hours of alcohol rehabilitation and a six-month AA meeting. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.
