Haley raises money off Trump donor threat

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley is leveraging former President Donald Trump's threats against potential donors to sell merchandise and raise campaign funds.

On Wednesday night, President Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform that anyone who contributes to Haley will be “permanently banned from the MAGA camp.” The MAGA camp is a movement based on the 2016 election campaign slogan “Make America Great Again.”

One former staffer donated to Haley's campaign after Trump's initial warning.

Matthews was one of several former Trump officials to testify before the Jan. 6 House committee investigating the riot.

In his first post pledging to belittle Haley's supporters, Trump said that when he won his first election, “the losing candidate's 'donors' immediately came to me. “You want to help…this is standard in politics,” he said. But he's not with me anymore. ”

“Anyone who 'contributes' to Birdbrain will now be permanently banned from the MAGA camp,” he wrote, using the nickname he gave Haley. “We don’t want them, we won’t have them, and we never will, because we put America first!”
