Hall of Fame quarterback worries Caleb Williams could lose ‘confidence’ amid Bears’ dreadful season

“I think mentally I'm in a good place,” Brown said Tuesday. “Obviously he's frustrated, like all of us, in terms of not getting results, but his confidence hasn't wavered.”

Williams has been sacked a league-high 58 times this season and is eight away from setting the franchise record for sacks allowed.

“I think there's some bruises and bruises,” Williams said after the game, adding that he doesn't think the sack has affected him “mentally.”
