Harry testified Thursday under a promise of immunity from prosecutors, recounting a previous experience where he found drug paraphernalia in Hunter’s car and the time he found Hunter’s gun and “threw it away.”

During her testimony, Hallie said Hunter first offered her crack cocaine in the summer of 2018. She also said she was “ashamed” and deeply regrets that time in her life.

The two had been smoking crack cocaine together until October 6, when he felt he needed to check into a rehab facility in Pennsylvania.Number2018.

Harry told the court that one day he went to clean Hunter’s Ford Raptor truck in an attempt to help him stay sober after rehab.

“[I went to his car] “To remove any drugs or alcohol that was in the car and to make sure he wouldn’t get drunk or become intoxicated,” she explained.

However, Harry soon discovered an item he hadn’t expected.

“In addition to trash and clothing, we also found crack cocaine residue, paraphernalia and, of course, a gun.”

“I panicked and wanted to get rid of them,” she said of the .38-caliber revolver and ammunition. “I was worried he might hurt himself or [for] Children might find it and get hurt.”

“I thought about hiding it somewhere, but I was scared one of the kids would find it,” Harry explained. “I was scared to even touch it because I didn’t know if it was loaded.”

In a panic, she attempted to throw the gun in a trash can at a local grocery store, but when she placed it in a plastic shopping bag and realized the gun was still visible in the bag, she placed it in a brown leather pouch.

Hunter’s business cards and a leather pouch used to carry drugs were shown to the jury as evidence, and they were also shown surveillance video footage that showed Harry driving to a grocery store, discarding the gun, and returning 30 minutes later and unsuccessfully trying to retrieve it.

“I was so upset about the whole thing,” Harry said. “I know now it was a stupid idea, but I was just panicking.”

Hallie reportedly hid the secret from Hunter after she threw the gun away, but Hunter texted her as soon as he realized the gun was missing. Feeling suspicious, Hunter angrily texted her, “Did you steal it from me?”

She eventually came clean and admitted that she had indeed thrown the gun at Hunter, who told her to “go find it.”

“I looked for it and couldn’t find it, so he told me to file a police report,” Harry said, “because it was registered in his name.”

Her testimony was followed by testimony from a former gun shop employee who sold the gun to Hunter.

The court dismissed the jury from deliberations for the day after Edward Banner, the man who found Hunter Biden’s gun in a trash can, finished testifying. Banner, 80, was searching the trash can for recyclables when he found the rifle.

Banner also said he found a leather pouch containing ammunition and a speed loader that Harry Biden had used to hide the rifle before throwing it away. Shortly thereafter, he took the gun home, put it in a box and placed it on a shelf in a closet.

The judge began the hearing by questioning the defense about new evidence that had not been disclosed, but later denied the introduction of the new evidence, saying it was too late and was mostly hearsay.

“[Hunter] Hunter Biden is accused of making false statements regarding a firearm sale and making false statements in a firearms transaction record. Prosecutors allege he committed a crime by checking the “no” box next to a question asking if he was an illegal user or addict of a controlled substance. The third charge is that Hunter Biden violated a law prohibiting illegal drug users or drug addicts from possessing firearms, the prosecutors said. Reuters.
