The Lawrence Tribe, professor emeritus at Harvard University, on Thursday insisted on CNN’s “lead” that Harvard University “lets” President Donald Trump’s actions “longer.”
Host Jake Tupper said, “Do you think Harvard can afford this standoff with the Trump administration financially, even with your huge donations?”
The tribe stated, “We intend to stand up to the basic principles for student rights, research rights and survival of teaching hospitals. We can outweigh this bullying. He is safe and learned it has come back for these requests.
He said, “The judges on the spectrum are trying to control Trump. We’ll win, and in doing so the only way to deal with bullying is to stand up to him, solidarity, no, you won’t tell us all. You’ll have no control over our lives.”
