Hasan Piker Caught Apparently Mistreating Dog On Stream

Streamer Hasan Piker Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

Streamer Hasan Piker is under scrutiny after his dog, Kaya, was heard screaming during a recent livestream.

Another streamer, Tektone, alleged that Piker was using a shock collar on Kaya, asserting that the dog “screams like hell” when it’s activated. He criticized Piker, calling Kaya a “prop” who remains in place “out of fear.”

Piker was previously questioned about how he kept Kaya behind him throughout the stream, and Tektone suggested it was because of the shock collar’s high settings. He expressed his disgust, stating, “I’m disgusted in the extreme. Forget this guy’s entire existence.”

During the stream, Kaya suddenly stood up, prompting Piker to say, “Kaya, please stop, please stop,” as the dog was screaming. He remarked, “Jesus, what are you doing? You look so baby-like.”

Piker complained about Kaya being “incredibly spoiled” and explained that she simply wanted to wander the house. He mentioned that it was important for her to follow certain rules while he was away.

The clip shared by Tektone gained over 6.7 million views by Wednesday afternoon.

In another instance, Tektone highlighted an old video of Piker dismissing criticisms regarding the ethics of owning French bulldogs, citing their health issues. “It’s a really freewheeling story… I know they have respiratory problems. I know they’re incredibly inbred. I don’t care… dogs,” he said.

Piker later addressed the allegations in a livestream, labeling them as absurd. He insisted, “They seem to be claiming that the best-trained, most pampered, best-kept dog on the planet is being abused by me.” He suggested a yelping sound came from Kaya when she got off the bed, possibly from stepping on something odd.

When a viewer hinted that he might have used a remote control for the shock collar, Piker sarcastically replied, “Yes, in my evil villain’s lair.” He dismissed the claims as the work of “crazy haters.”
