Former President Donald Trump accused President Joe Biden of incompetence before appearing in court Tuesday, highlighting his failure to properly manage anti-Israel protests at elite universities and colleges.

Mr. Trump typically speaks to reporters before entering court about his legal efforts to bankrupt or jail him, but Tuesday’s remarks focused voters’ attention on Mr. Biden and Mr. Growing instability under his leadership and heading into Tuesday’s Pennsylvania primary.

“What’s happening at the university level and at universities like Columbia University and New York University is shameful. And it’s really on Biden. He’s sending out the wrong signals,” President Trump said. “His words are wrong. He doesn’t know who he supports and is confused.”

Although Biden’s political base opposes Israeli aid to Hamas, the president continues to greenlight funding and arms sales to Israel.

President Trump said, “It’s all Biden’s fault.” “I’m not getting any messages from him. He has no compassion. He doesn’t know what he’s doing…Frankly, he can’t put his two sentences together. He is the worst president in our country’s history.”

Mr. Trump contrasted the number of law enforcement officers outside Manhattan courthouses with the number of law enforcement officers protecting students and campuses.

“For many Americans, these are the people who want to protest in court,” he said. “They want to protest peacefully. There’s more police here than I’ve ever seen. You can’t get near this courthouse because it’s blocks long.”

President Trump compared it to a university where there are “very extremist people who want to destroy the university, and there are no good people there.” “And that’s unfortunate. But it all starts with Joe Biden. The signals he sends out are so bad. And you can say he’s no friend of Israel, that’s for sure. And he’s an Arab Not even a friend of the world.”

President Trump has resumed his attacks on Biden, citing unrest in the Middle East.

“He doesn’t know what to do. He wants to find a middle ground, and that often doesn’t work, but it certainly hasn’t worked here,” President Trump said. “But what he did to Israel was to abandon them. And he tries to be as nice as possible to his opponent…but that doesn’t work either, because they’ve got him and he’s an incompetent Because he’s a man.”

President Trump also spoke about the day of the Pennsylvania primary, where David McCormick is running for U.S. Senate.

“Today is an important day for Pennsylvania and I hope people go to vote. It’s important that you vote to let us know we’re coming on November 5th. We’re making great progress. ” Trump said. “Dave McCormick…he does a good job, he works very hard, he’s a successful person and he wants to use his success to serve the country. He’s going to be a very good senator. Dew.”
