USA TODAY A Democratic spouse has shared a court recording regarding the deportation of a “Maryland Man.”
“He slapped me three times… [and] He hit me in front of my sister,” she recounted to the judge in August 2020.
High-ranking Democrats are working to minimize the focus on Abrego Garcia’s criminal history. They appear to be using deportation as a means to strengthen their influence over the diverse aspects of white progressiveness and illegal immigration.
Watch – Leebit: Dems’ cherished “Father of Maryland” illegal immigrant is an “obvious female abuser.”
“We don’t ensure Kilmer Abrego Garcia,” Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-MD, stated to reporters on Thursday. “We safeguard his constitutional rights because if we violate those, we jeopardize rights for all Americans and everyone residing in the country.”
However, this approach seems to be driving swing voters towards supporting President Donald Trump’s deportation policies.
His spouse, Jennifer Vasquez, testified in court in 2020.
I came to file for a protective order… but I didn’t attend court because his family filled my head with worries about his father being ill. So, I took no action. Then, I called the police. I had multiple police reports. I remember trying to open the door to the basement when he pushed me. When I finally got to my phone, I had to call 911 from a disconnected line. It seemed like forever for them to arrive, probably 20 or 30 minutes. I saw a neighbor outside and yelled for help. He pulled my hair and then hit me. I could tell my neighbor was unsure of what to do.
I have photographic proof of my injuries. Just last Wednesday, he attacked me at three in the morning. And, the Saturday before that, he slapped me three times before we went to my daughter’s birthday bash. Also, my sister had to call the police because he physically assaulted me in her presence.
Breitbart News has already shared her written court statement.
Many Democrats have rallied around illegal immigrants, despite increasingly evident issues surrounding him and allegations of his wife being mistreated and linked to the dangerous MS-13 gang and illegal labor traffickers in 2022.
Democrats are leveraging this topic to maintain political control over a fragmented, progressive base and the significant population of illegal immigrants in blue states.
Watch – Timpool critiques the “Maryland Man” narrative:
During a press briefing on Thursday, Van Hollen appeared alongside Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
Americans cherish democracy and recognize that Trump is undermining it. When people are taken – without any legitimate process, sent away without clarity on their alleged wrongdoings, and not allowed a fair trial, that shakes the very foundation of what America stands for. Americans see that… Trump clearly disregards checks and balances, while we uphold that principle and will continue to fight for it.
“Trust me, there is significant concern among Americans,” Schumer remarked as he ended the press conference without taking questions.
Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), another attendee, also skirted the topic of Abrego Garcia’s criminal past, stating:
The cases we’re dealing with are based on a Supreme Court ruling that mandates President Trump to reinstate those who were unlawfully deported. [Abrego Garcia] is part of those affected, and so far, the president has neglected the Supreme Court’s guidance, pushing us toward a constitutional crisis.
Both Kane and Van Hollen are known for their pro-immigration stances. That’s one reason I spent considerable time overseas in my youth. Notably, 44 Democrats missed the press conference, reflecting a poll that shows growing support for Trump’s deportation initiative.
However, the Democrats and their affiliates utilize the deportation issue to maintain political dominion over illegal immigrants in a blue state.
See – ooof! Trump, his Cabinet, and Nayib Bukele denounced Collins of MS-13 members, allegedly on CNN.
For instance, Abrego Garcia’s wife was a speaker at May Day events outside the White House, where she shifted the focus of this annual leftist celebration to illegal immigrants rather than civil workers.
“Migrant workers are the backbone of this country,” as tensions rise under President Trump’s efforts to fulfill his promises to repatriate individuals,” she stated, as described in a Washington Post report.
“Today, I stand before you, seeking justice for my husband, Kilmer Abrego Garcia,” she declared. “My husband was unlawfully detained, accused, and left to perish in one of El Salvador’s most perilous prisons.”
When she urged Trump to “stop playing political games with my husband’s life,” the crowd erupted into a chant of “Take him home!”
“We’re fighting fiercely to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back home,” mentioned Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), the former progressive caucus chair in the House, emphasizing, “We’re fighting with everything we have.” [for illegal] Workers who desperately need safe working conditions and rights.
In November, President Trump was re-elected thanks in large part to robust support from Indigenous and immigrant laborers.
