Highlights of Megyn Kelly’s harsh critique of Jake Tapper’s Original Sin

Jake Tupper is facing backlash over his new book, Original Sin, which he co-wrote with Alex Thompson from Axios. Many feel that the book leverages a narrative Tupper has been involved in suppressing.

However, no one seems to criticize him quite as effectively as Megyn Kelly. Her recent interview with Tupper on "The Megyn Kelly Show" went viral as she confronted him with his apparent contradictions.

"He was clearly struggling under pressure with her," noted Pat Gray, the host of "Pat Gray Unleashed."

In the interview, Kelly recalled asking Joe Biden for transparency regarding his health during a 2020 discussion. She pointed out that voters had concerns about his fitness for office.

"He assured everyone he would be open about his health status, but he didn’t deliver," she remarked, referencing an instance shortly after the death of Congresswoman Jackie Walorski, where Biden seemed to avoid tough questions.

Kelly criticized Tupper as well, accusing him of neglecting to address Biden’s struggles with clarity and mental agility during his appearances, including one where Biden appeared to lose his train of thought.

Then, there was a moment when Kelly highlighted her previous interview with CNN anchor Lara Trump in 2020, where she felt Biden exhibited slurring. Tupper pointed out her lack of medical credentials, even as he authored multiple pages in his book discussing Biden’s condition.

Pat laughed, saying, "He was carried out from that interview on a stretcher, but who knows if he’ll recover from it."
