Hollywood star And The Sopranos alum Drea De Matteo said Hollywood is full of “quiet” Trump supporters and questioned how much actors are being paid for openly backing President Joe Biden ahead of the November election.
De Matteo told Fox News’ Jesse Watters on Monday that he thinks there are “a lot of quiet Trump supporters” in Hollywood.

The actress is best known for her role as Adriana La Selva in the hit TV series. The Sopranos — He also reacted to the montage of actors that played before the interview, saying, “That was a painful intro to watch.”
“Was that Jack Black’s leg?” Watters joked, to which De Matteo replied: “No, he’s Italian. I’m talking about Fauci and De Niro. I’m embarrassed by my own people right now. I have no idea what we’re doing here.”
“Either way, certainly, there are a lot of quiet Trump supporters out there,” she added, speculating about how much money the actors are being paid to publicly voice their support for Biden.
“At this point I’m curious how much these actors were paid to endorse Biden,” she said. “I wonder if De Niro was paid location fees because he had to go to court for that.”
Watters then asked, “Is that how it works? Do you guys get paid?”
“So rather than handing over cash like Bob Menedez did, or sneaking in some gold bars, can they just make an implicit deal like, ‘I’ll get you your next role or I’ll get you a book deal,’ or is it more like a performance fee?” the Fox host added.
De Matteo responded: “I don’t know. I’m not really active in that industry. I’ve never done it before. First of all. sopranowe were outcasts. It was critically acclaimed, but we were still outcasts.”
“So, I’m still an outcast. Here I am. They’re going to take me into the woods and shoot me for not supporting Biden,” the actress joked.
