Police arrested Haskell at a Canoga Park mall on Thursday, hours after responding to an incident in which a homeless man made the gruesome discovery while rummaging in a bank parking lot in Encino.

Under the pseudonyms Tragic Streetz and Samuel Basshinger, he posts a series of bizarre selfie videos. on TikTok Post short, highly produced clips on Facebook.
In one photo, she says while sitting in the driver’s seat of a cluttered SUV: “My resume says I’m unhappy, bitter, resentful, and very good at ordering off a menu.” he said.
In another photo, he appeared to be posing with his reflection in a window and music playing.
“What is this about Luka Magnotta?” one commenter wrote, a reference to the infamous killer captured in the Netflix documentary series “Don’t F— with Cats.”
A tipster told Fox News Digital Friday that people became suspicious of Haskell’s behavior in the parking lot, and a passerby took a photo of the license plate and sent the number to police.

Police could not immediately identify the body, but said they believed it was that of the suspect’s wife, Mae Haskell, 37, who had been missing for several days. Her parents, Gooshan Li, 72, and Yanshan Wang, 64, also lived with the couple, but are also missing.
Authorities said the Haskells’ three young children were removed from their Tarzana home, which is now the scene of the crime, as the investigation continues.
Prosecutors had to bring Mr. Haskell before a judge within 48 hours of his arrest. But Los Angeles courts set Veterans Day on Friday, stopping the clock for the entire three-day holiday.
