Hollywood mogul Tyler Perry is blaming “greedy” insurance companies, not the California Democratic Party, for people losing their homes and not having fire insurance.
“It was heartbreaking to watch my daughter use a garden hose to try to protect her 90-year-old home because her insurance had been terminated,” Perry said. I wrote On Instagram. “Who finds it horrifying that insurance companies can extract billions of dollars from communities for years and then suddenly cancel millions of policies for the very people they made rich? Are there any others?”
“People who have paid premiums all their lives are left with nothing out of pure greed,” he continued. “I am keeping everyone in my prayers as we figure out what steps to take to do everything we can to help as many people as possible.”
If Tyler Perry really wants to “help” people, then instead of protecting the Democratic Party, and more specifically the California Democratic Party, he needs to understand the root cause of this problem and how they are trying to get insurance companies out of the state. He will talk about how he was kicked out.
The anti-human sociopaths who have seized complete control and imposed one-party rule on a state that was once a beacon of freedom, second chances, and the opportunity for the middle class to enjoy an affordable standard of living. Protecting Democrats doesn't help anyone. .
Someone should let Perry know that it is the government's constitutional duty to protect people's lives and property, not State Farm or Allstate. The government's first job should be to protect people and property. An insurance company's first job is to make a profit.
These insurance companies haven't gotten away with greed. They ran away to survive. The insurance company saw the California Democrat's dereliction of duty and roundly criticized him. Everyone knew California was susceptible to wildfires, and insurance companies knew that Democrats were doing nothing about them. There were no controlled burns. There was no cleaning of the brushes. The reservoir was not filled. Fire department budgets were also reduced.
Additionally, insurance companies knew that in the event of a wildfire, government fraud would make replacing these homes artificially and prohibitively expensive. California Democrats refuse to build enough housing even as they import millions of illegal aliens. This causes housing costs to explode. Additionally, the unnecessary government red tape required for construction and reconstruction causes housing prices to explode.
Add to that the fact that the government has refused to allow insurance companies to raise premiums to a level commensurate with the obvious risks.
There is one thing to keep in mind. Insurance companies will not pay these claims. not much. Everyone who has insurance pays these benefits. That's insurance. It’s a big pool to which we all contribute. Those who never claim pay the price of those who do. The more you charge, the more everything costs. The cost of rebuilding all of these homes will be paid by every American with homeowners insurance.
If Tyler Perry is truly concerned about people losing their homeowners insurance, he should point the finger at the Democratic Party and demand five things: 1) Illegal aliens. 2) build more single-family homes, 3) building regulations that are cumbersome and unnecessary murders, 4) clear brush, 5) bury power lines, 6) 10 The construction of a reservoir was requested by voters in a referendum a year ago.
It is the government's job to create an environment safe enough to attract business, including insurance.
