Following Massachusetts law banning law enforcement cooperation with the ice, illegal child rapists and other serious offences charged with “terrifying crimes” are released on the streets on the low $500 streets, and in some cases there is no bail at all.
In response to these releases, President Donald Trump's border emperor Tom Homan said Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healy and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, both Democrats, “should be ashamed.”
Healy previously said that Massachusetts is not a sanctuary state. However, Lunn vs. Commonwealth, a 2017 ruling by the Massachusetts Supreme Court of Justice, prohibits local and state law enforcement from coordinating with ICE to support deportation operations. The verdict provides that law enforcement agencies cannot comply with ice detainees and forces the agencies to release criminal immigrants on the streets.
Last week, Wu renewed his pledge to resist Trump's deportation efforts, saying, “We stand with immigrants.”

However, at least seven illegal immigrants charged with serious crimes such as child rape and fentanyl trafficking have been released by local law enforcement in recent months. To CBS.
The outlet reported that in one instance, a 39-year-old Hongjuran national, accused of indecent assaults and batteries, dangerous weapons, robbery of voices, attacks and batteries, and attacks on rape by someone over 14, was released with his own perception without paying for the bail.
Immigration officers arrested and deleted Rodezno Marin twice in 2008 and 2009 for illegally re-entering the country, according to an ICE statement.
Despite these crimes and the ice detainees filed against him, Middlesex Superior Court released Rodezno Marin in December. He was not arrested by the ice until a month later. He is currently in ice custody.

The 39-year-old Hongjuran national was released on his own recognition without paying a bail, a 39-year-old citizen named Juan Alberto Rodezno Marin, who was accused of indecent assault and battery with battery, dangerous weapons, masked robbery and assault on rape, by someone over 14, with his own recognition. Meanwhile, the ABC reported that Worcester County Jail released two illegal immigrant inmates charged with child rape on bail of just $500.
Another illegal immigrant, Jose Fernando Perez, a 49-year-old Guatemalan national, was charged with three counts of forced rape of a child and three counts of worsening rape of a child, but was released in 2022 on a $7,500 bail in the order of “staying at home.”
Fernando Perez was finally arrested by ICE on February 2nd of this year.
At the time, Patricia Hyde said it was an ice enforcement and removal operation, acting Boston field office director. “The “terrifying crime” against our federal minors has “became the type of alien we're targeting in our 'worst first' policy.”
In northeastern Massachusetts, the Lawrence District Court released another Honjuran national, 19-year-old Omar Perez Azitzaran on a $7,500 bail despite the challenge of postponing rape of a child with a 10-year age difference.

CBS reported that two other inmates charged with cocaine and fentanyl trafficking were released on bail amounts of $500 and $4,000.
While speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in February, Homan issued a harsh warning to leaders in Boston and Massachusetts, saying, “You doubled down on not helping law enforcement officers with ice enforcement officers. I'm coming to Boston and I have hell with me.”
Today, Homan updated his criticism of Massachusetts and Boston's anti-ice policies, and announced that he had arrested a total of 370 illegal immigrants in the Boston area during a five-day joint federal agency operation last week.
“After reading about the many illegal alien rapists walking through the streets of Boston and Massachusetts at CPAC, I promised to go to Boston,” he wrote to X. [sic] Later I testified that I was lying. Well, I traveled to Boston as promised last Tuesday. We started 5 days of surgery with ICE, FBI, ATF, DEA, US ex-s, DSS. These incredible men and women have arrested a total of 370 illegal aliens in Boston and the surrounding area. ”

Homan said the majority of the 370 illegal actors were “serious offenders,” with four including murders, drug traffickers, child-sex predators and “many other violent public safety threats.”
“Since Massachusetts and Boston are sanctuaries that refuse to work with ice, Ice had to find and arrest these illegal alien rapists. They would like to release these animals to the community rather than honoring ice detainees or honoring or notifying ice when they are scheduled to be released,” he said. “These officers and agents have made Boston and Massachusetts neighborhoods safer. They put their safety at risk by arresting these criminals on the streets, not in prisons.”

“To expose public safety threats to the public rather than using ice to work in prisons puts the public at a great risk,” he continued. “President Trump's 'all government efforts' is to first arrest and remove the worst.
