Border Emperor Tom Homan blasted the Obama-appointed federal judge's decision to temporarily suspend wartime China's 1798 wartime laws, deported violent illegal immigrant street gangs, and told Fox News that the decision “ignores logic.”

He also argued that Trump has the “right” to invoke authorities of alien enemy law.
“President Trump's actions have made this country safer…that's what American voters voted for. That's our mission and the president keeps his promise,” he said.
Homan said the flight that landed in El Salvador was already in international waters when the ruling was issued.
