“It is truly a privilege to be able to receive higher education in the United States. Many elite American universities, previously known for their prestige and unparalleled academics, have opened their doors to susceptible terrorist sympathizers. “In recent weeks, our country has seen these institutions overrun and terrorized by young people calling for a third intifada.” (R-Tenn.) spoke to the media before introducing the bill.

“These anti-Semitic, anti-American riots wreaked havoc and chaos on campus, leading to the cancellation of graduation ceremonies and in-person classes. It is unacceptable to allow acts of terrorism against institutions of higher education by non-Americans. No. It’s time to send a clear message to foreign students who sympathize with the insurgent Hamas group: If you want to disrupt your university, you can study elsewhere, in Iran or Qatar. , or would you recommend Gaza? That seems to have more speed,” he continued.

Rep. Jeff Duncan (R.C.) and Rep. Randy Weber (R-Texas) joined Mr. Ogles in sponsoring the bill.

“If you hate America so much, you should get your first ticket back to your home country and attend college there. Unruly anti-Semites spewing hate and frustration on college campuses will not be tolerated in America.” ” Webber told the media.

Ongoing protests have continued on university campuses across the country, adding to the chaos and disrupting classes and campus activities.

“If you come to the United States on a student visa and support a terrorist organization like Hamas, you are violating your visa,” Duncan said. “We don’t need Hamas sympathizers breaking laws on American soil and influencing young people to hate America and freedom. Riot on behalf of a terrorist organization and then bid farewell to their visas.”
