The major races have not yet been announced, with each party vying for control in the House of Representatives.
As of Saturday, Republicans held 212 seats and Democrats held 200. A party needs 218 seats to win a majority.
The path for Democrats to win a House majority is narrowing, and the party needs to win the most contentious races to take control.
Many of the undeclared seats are in the western United States or in battleground states, including Arizona, Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Louisiana, Ohio, Maryland, New York, Maine, and Alaska.

Alaska's major congressional districts:
Democratic incumbent Congresswoman Mary Sattler Peltola He is running behind Republican entrepreneur Nick Begich in a close race in Alaska's large congressional district.
As of Saturday night, Begic was leading Peltola 49.49% to 45.42%, with 76.5% of votes counted.
Arizona 6th Congressional District:
The race in Arizona's 6th Congressional District is a close one, with the Republican candidate narrowly leading.
Republican Rep. Juan Siscomani, in his first term, led former Democratic state Rep. Kirsten Engel by just 1,795 votes as of Saturday night. According to the FOX News Decision Desk, the vote count was 75.64%.

California 13th Congressional District:
Republican Rep. John Duarte leads former Democratic state Rep. Adam Gray in California's 13th Congressional District, but the closely contested race has not yet been called as of Saturday. .
Mr. Duarte, a first-term lawmaker, won 61.7% of the votes, surpassing Mr. Gray. Duarte led with 52% of the vote, followed by Gray with 48.75% and 61.73%.

California's 47th Congressional District:
The race to replace retiring Democratic Congresswoman Katie Porter in California's 47th Congressional District is also intense.
Former Representative Scott Baugh, a Republican, and Democratic state Sen. Dave Minn are vying for the vacant seat.
With 79% of the votes counted, Minh received 50% of the votes and Bo's 49.8%.
Colorado 8th Congressional District
Rep. Yadira Caraveo, The Democrat is trailing Republican state Rep. Gabe Evans in Colorado's 8th Congressional District.
Mr. Evans had a lead over Mr. Carabeo with 86% of the votes counted. If the lead holds, it would be a reversal for Republicans.
