Royal Children Add Personal Touch to Christmas Celebration

This year, Duchess Kate’s children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—got involved in their mother’s Christmas carol service by adding some personal flair.

On Friday evening, the royal siblings were seen participating in festive celebrations as they helped decorate a Christmas tree outside Westminster Abbey.

The children contributed to a long red paper chain decorated with their names and messages, each of them writing their names on the decoration.

Photographs captured Prince William and Kate, both 43, as they watched their young ones engage in the fun. The family coordinated their outfits in navy blue suits and white shirts, with George’s attire matching his father’s. Charlotte stood out in a navy dress complemented by a white collar.

George added a forest green tie to align with his mother’s elegant coat dress, while Louis sported a tie featuring both green and blue elements.

The event also saw attendance from Kate Middleton’s parents, Carole and Michael, along with her brother James and sister-in-law Alizée, plus other royal family members.

Also present were Lady Sarah Chatto, Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall, as well as Lord Frederick Windsor and his family, including daughters Maud and Isabella.

This year’s event featured celebrity guests such as Eugene Levy, Hannah Waddingham, Dame Mary Berry, Kate Winslet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Dan Smith.

Interestingly, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice were noticeably absent, having declined their invitation after their father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, lost his royal titles in October.

The sisters have been remaining out of the spotlight lately. Following their father’s situation, they were spotted returning to England together just a few weeks earlier.
