A senior White House official revealed how reporters were added to the Atlantic-reported signal text chain of national security leaks.
An official working for the National Security Council told Fox News he had never met or spoke with Atlantic Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Goldberg. Officials added that signals are permitted at several agencies.
