‘How the Hell Dare He!’

President Joe Biden furiously attacked Special Counsel Robert Hur during a Thursday press conference for mentioning in a recent report that the president could not remember when his son Beau died.

As reported by Breitbart News, Robert Herr said in the report that the president suffers from cognitive decline, which is affecting his memory. On this basis, Mr. Xu even recommended that he not be prosecuted for “intentionally” retaining classified documents. According to the report:

The report said the investigation “revealed evidence that President Biden knowingly retained and disclosed classified materials after becoming vice president and while a civilian.” It is said that guilt has not been determined.

However, Mr. Hsu’s assessment that Mr. Biden’s memory was “severely limited” also influenced the decision not to prosecute.

“We also believe that at trial Mr. Biden will likely appear before the jury as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory, just as he was when we interviewed him.” the report states. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone that many jurors would want to clear reasonable doubt to.”

“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict a former president, who was already in his 80s, on serious felonies that required intentional insanity.”

Mr. Xu’s report includes numerous examples and assessments of Mr. Biden’s declining mental capacity and memory, stating: Biden’s memory also appeared to have significant limitations. ”

Shockingly, the report states, “He did not remember when his son Beau died, even years later.”

During a press conference, the president slammed Mr. Hsu for including the special detail in his report that he could not remember Mr. Bo’s death, saying, “That’s the kind of person you are!”

“There’s also a statement that he doesn’t remember when his son died. How on earth could he bring that up? Frankly, when the question was asked, I thought to myself, ‘They don’t remember.’ It doesn’t matter,” the president said Thursday.

The president reminded reporters that Mr. Beau wore a rosary from his church on his wrist, which he seemed to have difficulty remembering, but he became emotional as he spoke about his late son. It’s possible that his emotions were running high. He had to stop himself.

“When he died, I didn’t need anyone to remind me,” he said.
