Creating a sleep schedule can help you reach your sleep goals. You can set up your sleep schedule from the Health app. To do so, follow these steps:
- On your iPhone, Health Apps
- Tap Browse Bottom Icons
- Scroll down and select sleep
- In the “Your Schedule” section, addition Decide on tonight’s schedule
- You can adjust it here Bedtime and Wake up

How to view your sleep data
In the morning, you can view your sleep data on both your Apple Watch and iPhone.
For iPhone:
- open Health Apps
- Tap Browse
- click sleep
- display bar graph Shows the start and end times of your sleep.
